Context
Collaborative software becomes difficult when the product mirrors every exception in the organization. My work focuses on finding the smaller system beneath those exceptions: the states, permissions, and actions people actually need.
Approach
I work across product definition, interaction design, application architecture, and delivery. Prototypes test the workflow early; typed interfaces and reusable primitives keep the production system understandable as it grows.
Engineering notes
- Model the workflow before drawing the screens.
- Keep permissions explicit and observable.
- Share domain language across web, mobile, and backend code.
- Measure reliability as part of the product experience.
Outcome
